Made more snowskin mooncakes to give away.
The brown one is lotus paste with gua zi with nutella and nutella skin.... yum yum! This was requested by my hubby....
And the white ones - they are lotus paste with gua zi.
I bought the paste from Sun Lik and they taste great! Heard its from HK?
Next year, I am definitely going to try baked mooncakes as my dad dun take snowskin ones.
