My first try at making snowskin mooncake (2 weeks b4 the ba yue 15) - red bean filling with strawberry skin.
Bought the filling at Phoon Huat. Din buy the lotus as worried that my mooncake will not turn out successful. In the end, it looks and taste okie. :)
